Thomas Dillon#UCFBusiness students:

Thomas Dillon graduated from UCF with an undergraduate degree in marketing, followed by an MBA, in Fall 2012. Since graduation, he has worked for Siemens Energy - a power generation manufacturer and service provider with headquarters located across the street from UCF. In his time, he has negotiated and managed contracts with a combined value of nearly $1 billion dollars, which include contracts for wind farms, nuclear plants, gas, and steam powered plants.

Thomas Dillon will be presenting on the complexity of large deals, and how teamwork is crucial in the proposal, negotiation, and implementation phases. Thomas will also be highlighting important strategies students can take while in college to prepare for a corporate work environment as well as for a career in complex industries.
